A Good Mission is no Longer Enough.

It’s a critical moment for nonprofits.

Funding is more competitive.
Donor expectations are higher.
And impact alone is no longer enough without the systems to sustain it.

The organizations that will thrive are not just doing meaningful work — they are building the structure, strategy, and visibility to support it long-term.

JB Favour works at the intersection of education access, fundraising strategy, and organizational development, helping mission-driven organizations move from intent to implementation through strategic fundraising systems, clear impact storytelling, and cross-regional experience spanning the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Africa.

She supports education, youth or women focused and community based organizations in strengthening their funding capacity and expanding their reach.
